基于声发射能量判定指标岩石破坏时刻预测研究

Study on Failure Time Prediction of Rock based on Acoustic Emission Energy Judging Index

摘要: 利用岩石声发射技术对岩石试件进行单轴全过程加载实验,获得岩石声发射时间-能量参数,提出一个新指标——能量判定指标KSN,并对岩石试件破坏时刻进行预测。在实验结果的基础上,利用MATLAB绘制声发射能量拟合直线ySN,并对能量判定指标KSN进行计算。研究表明,按照一定时间序列进行分段的基础上,随着岩石试件不断加载,与前一个时间段相比,能量判定指标KSN减小,幅度逐渐增大|当能量判定指标KSN增大时,能量拟合直线ySN出现回弹现象,预示试件即将破坏。能量判定指标KSN分析方法也可用于地震、矿震的预测。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to obtain rock acoustic emission time-energy parameters, uniaxial whole process loading experiment is used on rock sample based on the rock acoustic emission technology. Energy judging index K_SN is put forward to predict the failure time of rock sample. According to the experimental results, MATLAB is used to draw acoustic emission energy fitting line y_SN and the energy judging index K_SN is calculated. The results show that,with the load of rock sample, the trend of energy judging index K_SN is decreased compared with the previous period. As the lapse of time, the trend becomes more and more obvious. When the trend of energy judging index K_SN increased, the rebound phenomenon of energy fitting line y_SN appears. It foreshows that the failure of rock sample is coming soon. Analysis method of energy judging index K_SN can also be used to forecast earthquake and mine earthquake.
